REGARDING UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES (Please Read):

To Whom It May Concern,

I am sorry that you are dealing with scammers. We, at Fishbear Studios have been bombarded with emails from multiple individuals claiming to have been scammed by us.

Our initial reaction was to treat these emails as phishing attempts by hackers trying to access our accounts. Because of this, we have not responded to any email under the impression that we were being threatened by potential viruses and scams.

This has been a serious ongoing issues for the last year and has only been increasing. We unfortunately do not know who to contact to address this issue beyond this response.

Recently, someone messaged us and included a screenshot of the payment that was taken from them. The screenshot lists “Fish Bear Studio Limited” as the charging entity. We are, singular word, “Fishbear Studios”. The minor differences are understandable for the confusion, even confusing Google’s search engine. Our art website will show up first but if you continue to scroll you will see this alternate “Fish Bear Studio Limited” as well as their sister scamming site, Spin Sorcery. We are not connected to either of these scammers. We are located in the U.S. where these scammers are listed as being located in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong.

Unfortunately, we cannot do much to support in these cases as we do not have access to them. Any further inquiries must be directed to “Fish Bear Studio Limited” or charges listed as Entertainment - Fishbear Studios.

Thank you for your understanding and hope that we can shut down these scamming sites that prey on small business websites as we are not the only one to have this happen to.
